MCB Capital works with Gas Station Owners throughout the U.S. We offer the following Loan Programs on Gas Station Properties.
- SBA Loans – up to $ 5 Million under the 7(a) Program and up to $10 under the 504 Program (larger loans on a case by case basis)
- Conventional Loans – up to $7.5 Million
- Construction Loans – up to $5 Million
- Portfolio Financing – minimum loan amount of $10 Million
While the majority of Gas Station Financing we offer falls between $500,000 and $5 Million we have the ability to assist with financing on Gas Station Portfolios up to $50 Million and more on a case by case basis.
We are currently unable to assist on Standalone Gas Station Properties. There must be a Convenience Store in addition to the Gas Service and we do not finance the business only – we need the real estate as part of the collateral.
